Our Services

Master authentic Lithuanian folk dance through structured group classes focused on traditional steps and rhythmic interpretation.

Foundational Steps for Beginners

New to folk dance? This introductory course covers essential footwork patterns and basic body positioning. You'll learn core Lithuanian steps like šokis and bėgimas, proper weight transfer, and how to move with the traditional music timing. Classes meet twice weekly for 90 minutes each.

Rhythm Interpretation and Musicality

Deepen your connection between movement and music. This course explores Lithuanian folk music structure, regional rhythm variations from Klaipėda traditions, and how to recognize accents and syncopation. You'll develop the ability to improvise within rhythmic frameworks while staying true to authentic patterns.

Group Formation Techniques

Ready to dance with others? Learn how traditional formations work and develop the awareness needed for seamless group choreography. This service builds on your step knowledge and teaches you to maintain rhythm while coordinating with fellow dancers in circle dances and line formations typical of Lithuanian celebrations.

Small Group Classes

All our sessions are kept deliberately small—typically 6-10 participants per class—so you receive personalized attention and feedback. This approach lets instructors address individual needs while maintaining the collaborative energy that makes group learning authentic and enjoyable.
