Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of brevthos (brevthos United Business Company) and its services. By accessing and using our website and participating in our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Scope of Services

We provide online and in-person folk dance instruction through group classes focusing on Lithuanian traditional dance styles and rhythmic techniques. Our courses are designed for learners of all levels who wish to develop foundational skills in folk dance movement, traditional rhythm patterns, and cultural understanding. Classes are conducted in Klaipėda and may be offered through virtual platforms. We aim to create an inclusive learning environment that respects both the cultural heritage of Lithuanian dance and the individual learning pace of each participant.

User Obligations

As a participant in our courses, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward instructors, fellow students, and our facilities. You are responsible for following all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors. Participants must not engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that negatively impacts the learning environment for others. You assume all physical risks associated with participating in dance classes and confirm that you are in appropriate physical health to engage in dance activities. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity program.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, instructional content, choreography, recordings, and educational resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of our organization or licensed from appropriate sources. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course content without explicit written permission. Recording of classes without prior authorization is prohibited. Participants may use course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitations of Liability

We provide our services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our courses or use of our website. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or any indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question. We recommend obtaining personal liability insurance if you are concerned about potential risks associated with dance participation.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Participants who engage in harassment, disruptive behavior, or breach of our policies may be immediately removed from classes without refund. Upon termination, your right to access course materials and participate in classes ceases immediately. We will provide notice of termination where practicable. Refund policies are outlined separately in our enrollment agreements and course terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Lithuania. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum. All disputes shall be resolved according to Lithuanian law and legal procedures.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
